Racism and xenophobia are part of the experience of migrants and refugees at all stages of their journey. The purpose of this program is to facilitate a dialogue among the UN Xenophobia and Racism mechanisms, the United Nations Network on Migration (UNNM), and NGOs; promote coordination and collaboration among these entities on anti-racism and xenophobia strategies for the migration context; and promote partnerships among UN entities and with NGOs working directly with migrants and refugees dealing with xenophobia and racism.
