The NGO Committee on Migration is co-sponsoring a virtual CSW70 parallel event, “Crossing Borders, Claiming Rights: Gender-Responsive Approaches to Migration,” in collaboration with the Congregation of Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd, with the support of Misean Cara.
This event will highlight global and regional work combating gender inequality in migration. Featuring representatives from Good Shepherd programs around the world and as well as expert practitioners in migration, the discussion will highlight both policy work and lived realities. Participants will be invited to reflect on their experiences and share good practices.
