The NGO Committee on Migration is co-sponsoring a side event at the upcoming 61st Session of the Commission for Social Development. The event, titled “Don’t Steal My Childhood: Child Labor and Children in Migration,” will highlight the important issue of forced child labor (which deprives children of their childhood, their potential, and their dignity) in line with the ambitious targets for ending child labor (SDG 8.7) and safe, orderly and responsible migration (SDG 10.7).
